From the tools up.
FINREIT started on the labor side around 2010 — hands on the tools, learning every trade from the ground level. By 2016 we had moved into development: buying, building, and selling, running our own projects start to finish and living with the results.
Doing the developer's job taught us the whole picture — the budget, the schedule, the subs, the finish, and everything that goes wrong in between. That experience is what led us to earn our Certified General Contractor license and build FINREIT into a full-service contractor.
Today we take on commercial and light industrial work, plus residential when it counts: custom homes, investor builds, and remodels. Same standard on every one. We came up through the trades, so we know what good work looks like — and we put our name on it.
